I had a great experience overall at Hotel Jerome, with incredible service and a beautiful atmosphere. The staff really made our anniversary special with personalized touches. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could definitely use improvement, which was a downside for us given the high price point. The dining options were excellent, and the facilities, particularly the spa, were wonderful. Still, for the cost, I expected a little more in terms of privacy.
